YOGA FOR : ANAEMIA
Paschimottanasana : This yoga is useful in curing anaemia.
1. Sit with legs stretched, toes turned inwards.
2. Cross both the arms along the sides of the trunk near the armpit.
3. Bend slightly backward and inhale.
4. When exhaling, bend the body forward with arms stretched in front to reach out for your toes, with head bent down.
5. Withdraw the arms back to the armpits when inhaling, and return to the original.
