YOGA FOR : HEADACHE
Halasana :
This yoga is useful in headaches, high blood pressure.
- Lie on you back, arms resting on respective sides.
- Raise both the legs slowly without bending the knees, when inhaling.
- Raise the hips and lower the legs towards the head and then beyond it. Exhale slowly.
- Let the toes the ground.
- Arms should be returned to their original position.
- Return to starting position when inhaling.
