YOGA FOR : OBESITY
Ardha - Matsyendrasana:
This yoga is useful in checking obesity.
- Sit on the ground and spread the left legs in front of you.
- Place the right foot on the side of your left knee.
- Breathe in.
- Pass your left arm around the right keen and hold your foot with your left hand. Take your right hand behind your back.
- Turn the head and the trunk to your right as far as it can go, while exhaling and tilt the turned head downwards ensuring that the knee of the left leg does not rise from the ground.
- Hold for six seconds in a period of suspension.
- Release your hands and unwind the trunk, breathing in.
- Repeat the same with the right leg stretched and putting the left foot beside the right knee.
